Under the low fat low carb diet fruits, berries such as cranberries, raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries are great because they are high in antioxidants, minerals, vitamins, and fiber but low in fat and carbs.

Having the right balance of foods in a low fat low carb diet could make the difference between no weight loss and significant weight loss.
